These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Genpak99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "genpak99"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible athttps://genpak99.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

By creating a player account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Genpak99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms. Deposit processing times vary by payment method — e-wallet deposits are typically instant, bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically process within 5–15 minutes, and cryptocurrency deposits require at least one blockchain confirmation.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties or using payment methods belonging to others is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of genpak99's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark law, or other applicable legislation and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, genpak99 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from the use of an incorrect payment method, incorrect account details, or any player-initiated error.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform whether due to technical failure, maintenance, security incident, regulatory action, or force majeure event.
• Any third-party payment provider errors, delays, or charges in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the actual funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Genpak99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable inactive account handling procedures.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

Genpak99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.
